LiNC

Our world is in desperate need of Christ-like spiritual leaders.

When Jesus was on earth, God had a body that did His will in reaching the lost and building the saved to maturity. His desire was that they would labor together to continue reaching the lost and building the saved to maturity until He returned.

It's because of this request that we want LiNC -- Laborers Impacting Nations for Christ -- to build and equip laborers for His harvest. We desire that after LiNC, you would return more mature in His love, work to labor with His church, and eventually team up with others on a church plant to continue reaching the lost and building the saved to maturity.

Because of His heart for people, Jesus tells His followers in Matthew 9:37-38, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."

Discipleship

Be trained for a lifetime of worship through disciple groups, mentoring relationships, evangelism training and weekly worship gatherings.

Job Experience

Prepare for the post-college life -- learn to do ministry in the marketplace by influencing your co-workers for Christ. (Orlando only)

Ministry

Help local believers expand their reach through intensive outreach on a college campus and/or in the surrounding community.

Community & Leadership

Live, serve and grow alongside other believers and learn how to practice serving in your local church.
