LiNC FINANCE INFO

How to pay for LiNC
DEVELOP A MINISTRY SUPPORT TEAM
The most common method used by our participants to pay for LiNC is often referred to as "raising support." This involves appealing to friends, relatives and others to partner with you in the work that the Lord wants to accomplish through LiNC over the summer. This can involve prayer, financial support or both.
WORK A SUMMER JOB (ORLANDO ONLY)
The second most common method used by our participants to pay their project expenses is through money earned from their summer job. As you earn money from your job at Fun Spot -- or another workplace, if you so choose -- you will be responsible to pay us a portion of your earnings.
PAY OUT-OF-POCKET
You may also choose to pay using funds you already possess, either through making a full payment or paying through installments. (Refer to our Pricing & Policies page for payment deadlines.) Paying out of pocket does not excuse our Orlando participants from the work requirement, though our staff may approve exceptions for those taking summer classes or interning with LiNC, or in other cases on a case-by-case basis.

Financial Information
We work hard each year to keep the LiNC program as affordable as possible. The majority of the cost of our program goes toward housing, food, transportation (where needed) and materials. If you have any questions about the policies or payment details outlined here, please contact us.

We generally recommend that payment by cash not be your first or primary payment option. However, designated LiNC staff at each project location can accept cash payments in person -- important: never mail cash -- provided that the money is submitted in a sealed envelope with the name(s) of the participant(s) for which the payment is intended as well as the date and amount of the payment.
